What you need to know...
On behalf of Landor LINKS and our partners, we’d like to thank you for exhibiting at Active City, taking place at the York Barbican on 2nd and 3rd July.
To ensure that important communications regarding Active City York are not inadvertently filtered into your junk folder, please add conferences@landor.co.uk to your safe senders list.
By doing so, you’ll ensure that all relevant updates and information about the event reach your inbox without being missed.
Kindly take a moment to review the following essential details concerning your involvement in the event:
Important Deadlines
Company Profile
If you have not yet supplied a company logo (.eps file) and a 150-word profile text, please send these to Landor Conferences no later than Friday 30th May 2025.
The information will be used on the Active City York Exhibiton page.
Important: Registration required for Active City York
All guests attending Active City York are required to register via Eventbrite, as requested by the venue for security reasons.
It is essential that your ticket is scanned upon arrival on both days of the conference in order to gain entry.
Your bespoke registration link has previously been provided by Landor Conferences. If you have not yet registered or cannot locate your link, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please note: No ticket means no access to the conference.

When sending items to the venue, please ensure your company name is clearly marked on each item to assist with identification.

All items being delivered in advance of the event should be sent no earlier than Monday, 1st July.

Please also ensure the name and date of the exhibition are clearly stated on all consignments.
Please note: York Barbican and Landor LINKS cannot take responsibility for any misplaced consignments.
Setup Time
The exhibition will be held in the Exhibition Hall.
Exhibitors may begin setting up their stands on:

We strongly recommend setting up the day before the conference.
The exhibition will open to attendees at:

All extension leads and any other electrical equipment brought to the venue must be PAT tested, with a visible PAT label for health and safety inspections. All cables must also be securely taped down.
Loading / Unloading
Exhibitors must use the Stage Door at the rear entrance of the venue.

Screen Hire Charges
